After we assess your floors we can then determine what needs to be done to bring your floors back to the beauty they once held. After being sanded, your floors can be stained to a color of your liking, or they can be finished in its natural color. Next your floors will be finished with 3 coats of polyurethane while being buffed and sanded in between applications. Like magic your floors are beautifully restored.

   If your hardwood floors have stains due to pets or plants, or they have deep gauges, in some cases refinishing your floors will not be the solution to this problem. Before the refinishing process, the planks may need to be replaced with new ones. After the replacement process, the floor can then be refinished and brought back to its original state.

Others will use a bag hooked up to their sanding equipment which is not considered a good way to keep dust out of your home. Dust is fine, and if the necessary steps are not taken you can count on living with dust, long after the installer has left.
